Mike works as an associate for a number of training providers including TACK International Ltd. His expertise is in the design and delivery of meaningful development events. He runs Open courses in business development and emotional intelligence for TACK and also works in-company, he also runs Making the Link Ltd which is focused on Team and Leadership development through experience.  During his facilitation career Mike has delivered training to many organizations and charities on business planning, skills workshops, and team development. A keen outdoors person, Mike is passionate about the environment and developing sustainable business approaches that help to have an impact. CSR is an important issue and we help to promote a number of Charities through our work and through volunteering.

Personal Information

Mike is married and lives in Gloucestershire. His hobbies include rock climbing, squash, running and playing the guitar.  Amongst other things, Mike has worked as a Project manager in the Costa Rican jungle, trekked in South America delivering vaccines to remote villages. He has recently become a father.

Phil works as an associate for a number of training providers such as Mission Performance. He also runs Making the Link Ltd which is focused on Team development through experience.  During his career Phil has delivered events for many organizations and charities. At his best in extreme environments with significant challenges Phil has been to the North Pole 4 times and is about to head off for the 5th expedition to the Arctic. Creative and innovative Phil designs events that are bound to have an Emotional response from participants and create a learning journey.

Personal Information

Phil is married and lives in Gloucestershire. His hobbies include rock climbing, kayaking, running and expeditions to extreme places.  Amongst other things, Phil has worked as an Expedition Leader for World Challenge and continues to work closely with The Polar Challenge Team who organize a race to the magnetic North Pole. He has a son and a daughter.
