Advocacy Skills and Emotional Intelligence for Homestart Volunteers
MTL designed and delivered training for Homestart Volunteers from East Sussex region, a dedicated group of volunteers who explored Emotional Intelligence in working with Host families, and positive Advocacy in building and maintaining reputation.
The CLIC Sargent Monopoly Team Challenge: A CSR Event with a difference
Teams compete to visit as many destinations as possible and complete all of the challenges on route. Recently completed with 45 staff from PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP, in Bristol. A great way to develop your team work skills and contribute to CLIC Sargent with your booking. The game lasts for four hours and is suitable for 20-150 persons, all teams must use public transport or foot power to get around the City. Teams call in to HQ to roll the dice!

Face to Face Membership Recruitment Training
MTL in association with TACK International, have designed and delivered a programme to help face to face recruiters engage with members of the public and become better advocates for the RNLI. Fundraising, (particularly direct debit contributions)is increasingly important for charities to sustain and grow their work and the importance of positive advocacy in face to face recruitment remains crucial.
