Making the link on The Kinabalu Challenge
Well, after a fantastic 10 days in Sabah, Malaysia Mike completed the Kinabalu challenge and came a respectable second! The challenge consisted of running, biking, jungle survival skills, white water rafting and kayaking, culminating in a gruelling ascent of Mt. Kinabalu. Described by participants as the toughest thing they have ever done, the kinabalu challenge requires exceptional levels of team work, leadership and fitness.
Mike has been planning for the challenge for 12 months and has raised GBP£3,000 for the Youth Development charity- Raleigh International as well as loosing a few pounds in weight!
