Using Individual Effectiveness to grow your business
Developing sustainable organisational performance is all about being authentic, effective and true to your word. Emotional Intelligence, and individual effectiveness, can help organisations build and maintain their reputation; keeping existing customers delighted and winning the right new ones. Making the Link has recently utilised LMAS Business Link funding for local businesses wishing to develop their leaders and engage their employees. Feedback from our first funded event has been fantastic, leading to real changes in the workplace. We are really excited about rolling this out to more local businesses, and public sector clients because its so effective.
Making the Link has been working with international experts in behavioural psychology and personal development to create a pragmatic yet inspirational programme for businesses wanting to take their performance to the next level. Engaging employees on an emotional level inevitably leads to improvements in productivity, morale and bottom-line results.
