Blended Learning solutions- maximizing the impact of training
Making the link are leading the way in the training market with a new approach to developing performance improvement in organizations, incorporating the latest thinking in Two key areas. In these challenging times organizations are looking to reduce their carbon footprint, and spend less money on face to face training yet still achieve continuous improvement.
1. Accelerated Learning- many organisations are looking for solutions to their training and development, traditionally training can be seen as "education" or a series of "lectures" however, the MTL process leads to real changes in the workplace by engaging a new approach to design and real innovation in delivery in a brain friendly way.
2. Blended learning- e-learning has become more wide spread during 2009, but still has serious limitations. Organizations are taking steps to reduce cost and e-Learning is clearly on the agenda.
