Emotional Intelligence and Team work experiential workshop for Leaders and Managers

Duration: 1 day                                          

Numbers: 8-12 persons

Outline:

Pre-workshop Online Individual Effectiveness Questionnaire, Team activities are used to make the link between Emotional intelligence and team performance. Reports are issued on the day and each session creates links to the 16 criteria for human effectiveness. 

Venue: MTL Training Centre, Manor Farm, Winstone, Cirencester, GL7 7JU

Outcomes:

• A personal action plan, IE report and suggestions for ongoing development.
• Access to the MTL online resources for continual personal development.  
• One-to-one coaching session 3-4 weeks after the event.
• Improved team communication and happier staff!!
