Making the Link provides an initial consultation, online assessment, report exploration, and development planning followed by an opportunity to re-measure in 8 to 12 months. Online Development: Questionnaires that can help shape your future
Individual Effectiveness- Uses 16 scales to determine your individual effectiveness. Develop awareness of your strengths and plan to deal with your weaknesses. There are no "catch questions" or contradicting statements and it is better to complete the 30 minute online survey honestly, openly and with your initial responses.
Team Effectiveness - A diagnostic tool desgined to identify developmental areas for the team. EI is a capacity that everyone and every team can develop, the TE questionnaire provides a mechanism for being aware of areas for development, and gives concrete recommendations on how to make it happen. The online questionnaire takes about 30 minutes to complete. It is best to complete honestly and openly and with your initial responses. Once you have completed your questionnaire a report will be generated highlighting your Emotional Intelligence and this can be used as a starting point for exploration and a foundation for development.
